Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Virginia Beach seeks an Associate Healthcare Director to assist the Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for residents and ensuring efficient resident care operations.

You will guide the care team, coordinate with physicians and pharmacists, and promote safe medication practices while maintaining survey readiness and regulatory compliance across the community.

Qualifications

• Current valid RN or LPN license in the state where the community is located.
• Geriatric care experience, dementia care preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team and maintain survey readiness with the HCD.
• Oversee medication management program and med tech training.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other providers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff coaching.
• Provide leadership to promote collaboration and safety.
