The Bernard Group in Chanhassen, MN is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to bring brands to life through print, packaging, signage, and multi-channel assets. You will collaborate with senior designers, account and design teams to concept fresh approaches and deliver production-ready visuals.

You will translate briefs into compelling graphics, maintain brand integrity, and work across multiple campaigns, ensuring timely, high-quality output.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional design experience in graphic or 2D design, ideally in retail, exhibit, packaging, or branded environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual sketches, brand and layout work, and production-ready artwork.
• Familiarity with typography, color theory, brand systems, and print production.

Responsabilidades

• Translate board concepts, briefs, and marketing strategies into precise graphics for retail environments, signage, packaging, and fixtures.
• Maintain creative quality within project guidelines and budgets while aligning with merchant needs.
• Contribute to all stages of the design lifecycle from sketching to final artwork execution.
• Balance tasks across multiple active projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and presentation prep with constructive feedback.
• Build press-ready print files, dielines, bleeds, and color specs; review proofs for accuracy across fixture sizes.
