1. What will you do?

2. Transaction execution, new business presentations and meetings, and other such duties
3. Working with Analysts in development of pitch books and related client materials
4. Proactively identify operational risks/control deficiencies in the business
5. Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
6. Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis

7. What do you need to succeed?

8. Bachelor’s degree and MBA, MA or MS or equivalent with emphasis in finance/accounting
9. Minimum of one year of Investment Banking experience and previous experience in the M&A space is highly desired
10. Solid understanding of capital markets and spreadsheet modeling
11. Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accounting
12. Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
13. Ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teaming skills
14. Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels of organization
15. Must maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
16. Series 79 & 63 licensed

25. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $175,000-$225,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
