You will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of dental conditions, collaborate with the care team, and stay current with advances in dentistry and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Review and interpret diagnostic images, including X-rays, to evaluate oral health and identify potential concerns.
• Perform restorative and general dental procedures within licensure and training.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Consult with dental specialists as needed for complex cases and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care instructions to patients.

As an Associate General Dentist, you will providecomprehensive dental care while contributing to the success of the practice.You will work closely with the dental team to deliver an exceptional patientexperience while maintaining high standards of professionalism, clinical care,and ethical practice.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnoseand treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cavities, gumdisease, and oral infections
• Performcomprehensive dental examinations and preventive treatments
• Developindividualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
• Reviewand interpret diagnostic images, including X-rays, to evaluate oral healthand identify potential concerns
• Performrestorative and general dental procedures within the scope of licensureand clinical training
• Collaboratewith dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members toensure coordinated patient care
• Consultwith dental specialists as needed for complex cases and referrals
• Maintainaccurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and clinicaldocumentation
• Clearlyexplain treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care instructionsto patients
• Addresspatient questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Followinfection control, safety, HIPAA, and all applicable clinical protocolsand regulations

What We Are Looking For

Education, Experience & Licensure

• Doctorof Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from anaccredited dental school
• Previousexperience in general dentistry preferred
