Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a growing dental clinic in Monaca, PA, in search of an experienced Associate Dentist to join their team to increase production and expand office hours. You will provide general dentistry services including fillings, crowns, and bridges, perform clear aligner therapy, and offer same-day crown procedures.

Collaboration with the dental team is emphasized to support patient care capacity and growth.

Qualifications

• Requires DDS/DMD from accredited school.
• Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
• 5–10 years of dental experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Perform clear aligner therapy.
• Provide same-day crown procedures.
• Coordinate referrals for endodontic and oral surgery cases.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team and contribute to a positive practice environment.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Experience

• DDS / DMD degree from an accredited dental school


• Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing


• 5–10 years of dental experience (well-seasoned, experienced dentist)
