i4 Dental Lab is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join a busy practice with full clinical autonomy and high earning potential. The role offers a steady patient base, advanced digital technology, and clear growth pathways toward equity or partnership.

You will deliver comprehensive dental care across restorative, endodontic, and prosthetic procedures while guiding staff and building strong patient trust in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD license valid to practice dentistry in the United States.
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred; New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental care including restorative, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, and removable prosthetics.
• Communicate treatment options clearly with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Lead and supervise clinical support staff during procedures to maximize operatory efficiency.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes using Dentrix or Eaglesoft.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical notes using standard practice management software ([e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft]).

Qualifications

• Valid DDS/DMD license for New Mexico
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (New grads with strong clinical skills welcome to apply).
