Job summary

i4 Dental Lab is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join a busy, established practice in Monroe, LA. The role offers full clinical autonomy and a strong earning potential with a robust patient base and advanced digital technology.

The ideal candidate will have a Louisiana license (DDS/DMD) and at least 1 year of clinical experience, with capability to lead clinical staff and deliver comprehensive care across all general dentistry disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental care including restorative, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, and removable prosthetics.

• Lead and direct clinical support staff during patient procedures to maximize operatory efficiency.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical notes using standard practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
