The Associate General Counsel, Technology, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Sourcing (TIPPS) will play a crucial role in navigating legal issues surrounding Moody’s digital footprint and supporting our high-tech initiatives globally. This role requires a driven attorney with a proven track record in cutting-edge technology (including AI), intellectual property, cybersecurity, data privacy, and complex sourcing transactions, especially with large technology vendors such as hyperscalers and SaaS providers. The right candidate will provide pragmatic guidance and manage a globally distributed team of attorneys.
You will manage a dynamic global team working on cutting-edge technology legal issues. The position is based in New York City, reporting to the General Counsel of Moody’s Corporation and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team for Legal and Compliance.
For US-based roles, the anticipated salary range is $231,400 - $335,500, depending on experience and other factors. The role is eligible for incentive compensation.
