You will advise on complex commercial and regulatory matters, lead on corporate transactions, and partner with executive leaders to drive growth while mitigating risk. The role requires a JD with US bar admission and 10+ years of relevant experience in technology, software, SaaS, or education-focused businesses.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including technology, software, SaaS, or education-focused businesses.
• Strong background in corporate law, M&A, commercial transactions, and strategic business counseling.
• Ability to assess legal risk and influence senior leadership decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor to Education Solutions businesses and partner with executives on strategic priorities.
• Advise on complex commercial, regulatory, governance, and operational matters with practical guidance.
• Lead legal support for corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
• Identify and mitigate legal risk while partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships across the organization and provide trusted counsel.
