Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting, securities compliance, and corporate governance work.
• Lead M&A transactions and support commercial transactions with legal input.
• Advise Board and senior leadership on legal risk and disclosures.
• Manage outside counsel and supervise legal team members.
• Develop contract templates and training for commercial teams.
• Provide employment and HR-related legal support.
