Associate General Counsel – Litigation

Reporting to the General Counsel, this position provides comprehensive legal counsel and strategic guidance on a wide range of university matters, including transactional agreements, litigation, and regulatory compliance. The role serves as a key advisor to university leadership on legal rights, obligations, and risk management, while supporting the development of institutional policies. The incumbent manages litigation and administrative matters, collaborates with internal and external partners, and ensures compliance with state and federal laws, contributing to the effective governance and operations of the University and its Board of Trustees
