Valley Health System seeks an experienced healthcare attorney to join the Legal Affairs Department. You will provide broad legal counsel on healthcare, regulatory, operational, governance, employment, litigation, and real estate matters, reporting to the General Counsel.

Position SummaryServes as a member of the Legal Affairs Department for Valley Health System, including Valley Health System, The Valley Hospital, Valley Home Care, and Valley Medical Group. Reporting to the General Counsel, this position provides legal counsel and guidance on a broad range of healthcare, regulatory, operational, governance, employment, litigation, real estate, transactional and business matters affecting the organization.The Attorney partners closely with leadership across the organization, including Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources, Privacy & Security, and operational departments to identify and mitigate legal risks, support organizational initiatives , and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
