  • Develop and improve contracting and legal intake processes to reduce friction, accelerate deal cycles and create better visibility into legal work and contractual commitments.

  • Partner with Product teams on data protection, AI, product counseling and regulatory issues, including the review of new tools, data uses and customer-facing functionality.

  • Help build a strong legal function by sharing knowledge, documenting processes and supporting cross-functional training.

You Have:

  • Approximately 6+ years of relevant legal experience, including substantial commercial contracting experience; a combination of law firm and in-house experience is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently draft and negotiate sophisticated B2B commercial agreements.

  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS, technology, privacy and data protection issues. Experience with marketplaces, payments, gift cards, rewards, loyalty programs, channel partnerships or retail relationships is particularly valuable.

  • Excellent judgment and the ability to identify the issues that matter, propose workable solutions and escalated appropriately.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of matters, prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

  • Clear, concise and adaptable written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain legal issues to non-lawyers.

  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and a willingness to be hands-on across both strategic and day-to-day matters.
