  • Support entity licensing nationally across jurisdictions and sectors including Gaming, Data Centers, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

  • Manage outside counsel relationships, including strategy, budgets, and performance.
  • Support HR matters and investigations; assist with complex litigation on behalf of internal clients as needed.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school; strong academic credentials.
  • Active bar admission in Massachusetts or New York, or a state with reciprocity.

  • Meaningful complex litigation experience is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi‑party matters.
Beyond Credentials
  • A self‑starter and collaborator—equally comfortable leading independently and working as part of a close team.
  • Intellectually curious and energized by new and evolving areas of law and business.
  • Calm under pressure, with sound judgment and the ability to make clear decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • An outstanding communicator—strong writer, confident public speaker, and trusted advisor.
  • Detail‑oriented with meticulous written work product.
  • Innovative in approach—willing to explore creative solutions to traditional legal and business problems.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to leading by example.
  • Willing to travel periodically to project sites and offices across the country.
