The Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Verticals is a senior in‑house role with broad strategic responsibility. You will be a trusted legal advisor to the General Counsel, executive leadership including the CEO, and a growing family of affiliated vertical companies spanning design‑build, self‑perform, technology, supply chain, global initiatives, artificial intelligence, and real estate.
You will handle significant, complex matters from day one, with the autonomy to lead and the support of a collaborative team that genuinely cares about each other’s success. Boston is the preferred base; exceptional candidates who prefer New York City should apply with the understanding that regular travel to Boston headquarters is expected.
