Job summary

Qualifications

Undergraduate and JD degrees, and license to practice law required.
4 to 8 years of relevant legal experience.
Significant CLO experience representing managers, arrangers, issuers, or market participants.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key legal team member on CLO management and investment transactions (new issue CLOs, resets/refinancings, warehouse financings).
Review and negotiate transaction documents (indentures, trust deeds, offering documents, collateral agreements).
Advise investment professionals on governing documents and transaction constraints; monitor regulatory developments.
