Truist is seeking an experienced attorney to handle complex legal matters and projects involving deposit products, digital banking, payment services, and related regulatory issues. This senior attorney will conduct legal research, draft and review high-priority documents, and provide actionable legal advice to business leaders and internal stakeholders on matters that may have significant strategic, operational, regulatory, customer, or financial impact. The role requires strong legal judgment, business acumen, and the ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance that supports business objectives while managing legal and compliance risk. The attorney will work under general direction from law department management and may consult with outside counsel, draft and negotiate legal documents, and gather information from multiple sources to support legal analysis and decision-making.

The annual base salary for this position is $150,000 - $190,000.

Availability Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
