Overview

The Associate, Funder is responsible for reviewing, booking and funding retail and lease contracts from Hyundai, Kia and Genesis dealerships in accordance with department policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations and policies, and as such, must be able to process and retain information quickly. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.

Responsibilities

• Review and Validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with HCA policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations.
• Alot of verifying information between what\'s provided from dealers and what is on the forms.
• Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.
• Actively Participate in coaching and development sessions to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance.
• Held to Quality Metrics and production goals/speed in which they process. Those numbers are provided to them.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
