Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least one year of First Party Property experience.
• Ability to conduct depositions of clients and other key witnesses within the second week of employment.
• Prior First Party Property litigation required - Defense or Plaintiff side.

Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Communicate effectively with experts, clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Negotiate settlements while maintaining a trial-ready approach.
