Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least one year of First Party Property experience.
Ability to conduct depositions of clients and other key witnesses within the second week of employment.
Prior First Party Property litigation required - Defense or Plaintiff side.
Responsibilities
Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
Communicate effectively with experts, clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Negotiate settlements while maintaining a trial-ready approach.
