ArchKey Solutions LLC in Rochester, MN is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project managers on fire alarm design and installation on a nationwide site. You will coordinate communications among clients, contractors, and staff, oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation, and help ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• BS in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent in job experience or Technologies field experience.
• Experience installing Building Management Systems is a plus.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ensures maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.
• Knowledge of general construction standard practices.
• Experience with Estimating Software a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.
• Fire Alarm experience- Notifier, Siemens, Potter, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with scope, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate communication between Clients, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, Foremen, and union officials.
• Approve all project staff transactions including superintendent and foremen selections, staff volume and wages.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, payment approvals; send invoices and change orders.
• Assist in implementation/interpretation of safety programs and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Ensure adherence to company, client, and project policies and standards.
• Maintain official project documentation and logs.
• Understand labor agreements and standards specific to projects.
