Job summary

Constellation is seeking an entry‑level Finance Associate in Baltimore, MD. You’ll join the Finance Organization with openings in Financial Planning & Analysis and Tax, exposed to development opportunities and cross‑functional growth. Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree, GPA 3.2, and a May/June 2027 graduation. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Expected salary range of $63,900 to $71,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
