Job summary

Constellation is seeking entry-level associates to join our Finance Organization in the United States. You will gain exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, and Tax, with opportunities to learn across the finance function and contribute to business goals.

Applicants should graduate May/June 2027 in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or Economics with a minimum 3.2 GPA, plus demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Expected salary range

of $63,900 to $71,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
