Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within 120 days.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Build referral pipelines and partnerships to grow client relationships.
  • Analyze client financial data to develop strategies toward goals.
  • Prepare forms and documents for customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain programs for new business development and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues.
  • Execute mailing campaigns, seminars, and other sales ideas.
  • Maintain accurate client files and schedule meetings.
  • Attend sales meetings and assist with prospecting and marketing.
  • Process trades under the mentor advisor's direction.

Job Overview:

You'll work alongside a successful LPL advisor to learn firsthand the business of becoming a financial advisor. You'll have access to a network of knowledgeable industry professionals, mentors, and resources to help ensure you reach your full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Build referral pipelines and develop strong partnerships to help develop and grow client relationships
  • Analyze financial data received from clients to develop strategies to meet their goals.
  • Ability to prepare all appropriate forms and documents for customer accounts.
  • Develop, institute, and maintain programs relating to new business development and sales promotions
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues.
  • Execute customer mailing campaigns, seminars, and other sales generating ideas.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate client files.
  • Adhere to all Compliance and Legal requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and prepare for meetings.
  • Participation in classroom learning sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Apprenticeship, mentoring, and coaching sessions with a mentor advisor and other industry professionals
  • Attend sales meetings and assist with client prospecting and marketing.
  • Attend coaching sessions and training events to improve sales skills and industry knowledge
  • Process trades under direction of the mentor financial advisor.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of applicable professional experience and/or experience working in a professional sales or entrepreneurial setting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within the first 120 days of employment.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office

Pay Range:

54,700.00 - 91,100.00

The pay salary range is inclusive of base salary and potential sales incentive compensation based upon the applicable incentive compensation plan for this position. Base salary is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Incentive compensation is dependent on achievement of goals set forth in the incentive compensation plan.
