Role Description

The Associate Financial Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Pittsford, NY with Evans Financial.

This individual will play an important role in delivering a high-quality client experience while gaining exposure to all areas of the business. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client financial information, assisting with financial planning analysis, preparing client proposals, and supporting insurance, retirement, and investment operations. The role will also involve coordinating client meetings, managing follow-ups, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and responding to client inquiries. In addition, the Associate will contribute to marketing, outreach, and other initiatives designed to support the continued growth of the practice.

This position is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in financial services and become a key part of a growing team. As the practice continues to grow, the Associate will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, as well as gain LAH and securities licenses, and potentially designations like the CFP.
