We are looking for an extremely motivated Associate Financial Planner to join our team! We seek someone eager to build or expand their business. Our compensation is primarily a percentage of AUM and commissionable insurance products, but we are open to negotiating the pay structure with the right candidate.

You will deliver personalized financial planning solutions to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals and secure their lives.

Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on investment strategies and other financial decisions.
2. Assess clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions.
3. Prepare presentations recommending various financial products.
4. Review and communicate portfolio performances to clients.
5. Network and build relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banking, financing, or related fields is not necessary but preferred.
• Familiarity with investment products and services.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
