Highview Advisor Group in Worthington, Ohio, a Private Wealth Practice of Ameriprise Financial, seeks an Associate Financial Advisor. You'll support senior advisors, respond to client needs, and participate in meetings while developing advisory skills before shouldering more responsibility.

This role focuses on client service, planning support, and learning the firm's financial planning process, with growth toward leading meetings and managing relationships as you progress.

Qualifications

• Candidate has customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to obtain APMA designation after joining the practice.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with existing clients and provide responsive service.
• Respond to client questions by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with rollovers, distributions, and account questions.
• Participate in client meetings and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Help prepare financial plans, materials, and recommendations.
• Work with team to facilitate account openings, distributions, trades, and service requests.
