Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
• Licenses: Life/Health and FINRA Series 7 and 63 & 65 or S66 required.

Responsibilities

• Handles routine transactions and account relationships independently or in support of the assigned Financial Advisor.
• Manages and services existing clients and builds stronger customer relationships by learning their financial needs.
• Qualifies referrals from branches and handles routine transactions, supporting marketing initiatives and client campaigns.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and uses planning tools to set client goals and track progress.
• Meets with clients independently or with a Financial Advisor; supports referrals and mail campaigns.
• Performs administrative tasks related to processing financial transactions and client files.
