Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related field or sales/financial services.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles.

• Clear, confident communication; ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state insurance licenses within three months; licensing sponsored by Edward Jones.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by conducting discovery conversations and gathering financial information.
