Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services or related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to pursue Series 7, Series 66 and state insurance licenses within 3 months; licensing sponsored by Edward Jones.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering financial information.
• Prepare analysis and modeling scenarios to align investments with client goals and life events.
• Research performance and costs, prepare proposals, and support investment adjustments per firm guidance.
• Partner with the advisor to deliver ongoing planning, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Support outreach and referrals to grow the client base with a relationship-based approach.
