Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings in the appropriate capacity: take notes, draft communications, document history and quarterly calls with clients.
• Manage the planning process and transitions with clients; prepare plan revisions.
• Place trades in client accounts per BFG models; ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings in the appropriate capacity which could include but is not limited to: taking notes, creating priority lists, drafting communications, delegating assignments, documenting history, quarterly calls with clients
• Manage the planning process
• Transition into lead advisor for certain clients when development has reached appropriate level
• Participate in and conduct client reviews and prepare plan revisions
• Follow up on client issues and communicate on a timely basis
• Place trades in client accounts according to BFG models on a timely basis
• Manage processes through Salesforce
• Serve as back up to other team members as needed
• Learn and utilize all firm programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of financial services industry experience, preferably with some involvement in a similar role
• Series 65 License or CFP required
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other staff, clients, and the general public
• Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Salesforce and eMoney is a plus
• Ability to seek out solutions and solve problems
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

The Pay Range For This Role Is

• 80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Springfield, IL)
• 80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Burlington, VT)
• 80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Sun City West, AZ)
