Paramount Wealth Management is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to deepen client relationships through the financial review process, providing qualified guidance with a service-oriented approach.

The role involves entering trades, scheduling meetings, preparing financial reports, and supporting growth while staying current on firm policies and the securities industry. Candidates should have 1+ year in financial services and hold SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/65/66 licenses as required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred, particularly in a relationship management role.
  • SIE, Series 7, Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and investment concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen client relationships with effective communication and personalized attention in every interaction.
  • Support the firm’s growth.
  • Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested.
  • Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and deepen client relationships with effective communication and personalized attention in every interaction
  • Support the firm’s growth
  • Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested
  • Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings
  • Create and maintain records and files utilizing CRM software
  • Service daily client inquiries over the phone and in-person, including scheduling meetings and greeting clients
