  • Holds a series 6/63, 7/66 or 65 license(s)
  • Compliance knowledge

ROLE, RESPONSIBILITY & EXPECTATIONS

Role (What role will this person fill):

Responsibilities (General Overview/Categories of responsibilities):

  • Client Service Team Support & Special Projects
  • Individual/Team and Company Participation

Expectations (What specific tasks/goals and daily/monthly expectations exist for each category)

Clients

Oversee client relationships

Conduct initial meetings and reviews

Conduct financial planning; create, implement and update financial plans

Place trades in TD Ameritrade, send money to clients, etc.

Coordinate and work with Client Service Team to manage client workflows

Prepare and conduct presentations

Sit in on meetings with local advisor involving key client relationships; prepare for client transition

Build relationships with new clients

Attend networking events and business functions

Engage on social media

Business Partners/Centers of Influence relationship management (ex: attorneys, CPAs)

Stay compliant!

Client Service Team

Office – learn, know and suggest improvements to standard operating procedures

Utilize the following technology as part of client service workflow to enhance the client experience: Redtail CRM, Morningstar, InvestCloud Financial Planning Software, SharePoint, etc.

Education

Learn from more experienced advisors

Continually develop communication and planning skills

Maintain continuing education requirements

Attend educational seminars/conferences

Obtain ChFC, RICP, CFA or CFP designation

Special Projects

Help prepare for special events, including the annual Client Appreciation Event and other marketing events.

Individual/Team and Company Participation

Participate in coaching process with partners

Participate in all company and team meetings as required

Participate in all PSI Capital Management internal and external sessions/events as appropriate

Serve on a community board or in a volunteer role
