Job description

Karam Wealth Advisors, an LPL Financial-affiliated firm, is seeking an Associate Advisor to join our Huntington Beach office. This salaried (+ bonus) position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about financial planning and wants to grow into a Lead Advisor role over time. You’ll receive direct mentorship, hands-on client experience, and a clear career path—with no business development or sales expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare for and attend client meetings; take notes and manage follow-up tasks
• Build and maintain financial plans and investment summaries
• Serve as a point of contact for client service requests and ongoing communication
• Accurately manage client records in our CRM (Redtail)
• Support new client onboarding, account paperwork, and implementation
• Contribute to internal projects and help improve firm workflows and processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of experience in the financial industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with MS Excel, AI, technology and CRM systems
