Job summary

Northern Trust Securities, Inc. is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor in Boca Raton, FL to learn, grow, and develop into a trusted advisor for high-net-worth clients.

You will work with an experienced Senior Financial Advisor, gaining hands-on exposure to client relationship management, financial planning, and investment solutions. You will collaborate with leading specialists across Northern Trust Asset Management, Capital Markets, and third-party providers to deliver sophisticated wealth

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
  • FINRA licenses required: SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 63/65).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a Senior Financial Advisor to support and deepen client relationships.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with financial planning, portfolio reviews, and investment recommendations.
  • Conduct investment and market research to support client conversations and planning opportunities.
  • Learn and utilize financial planning technology, including eMoney, to help develop comprehensive client strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and business partners to deliver customized wealth management solutions.
  • Support business development through client outreach and portfolio conservation initiatives.
  • Assist with account administration, servicing requests, and regulatory documentation.

What You'll Do

Salary Range

$70,490 - 119,890 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
