Job description

Short Intro and About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Manager, Finance, in the Beverage Creations Business Unit, specifically dedicated to the Waters business. This individual will support the cross-functional Waters team and will report into the Finance Manager Waters, focused on P&L reporting, business planning and ad hoc analysis, with the overall goal of driving sustainable, profitable growth for the Business Unit. The job is hybrid, and candidates can be located in the White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO area.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing monthly Volume and Net Sales forecasting process (GPS), including driving alignment with the sales team around pricing and promotional activity and other fixed trade components

• Understanding and articulating topline variances versus previous forecasts and prior periods, and managing all required reporting and management deliverables for the month-, quarter- and year-end close

• Support ad hoc financial analysis for the Waters team, such as price increase, promo funding, return on investment

• Lead Business Development initiatives to define the right pricing to participate in RFPs and win new customers

• Act as the preferred business partner for the Waters Sales team
• Grow yourself and participate in improvement of finance processes and Business Unit ways of working

The base compensation range for this position is $95k-115k commensurate with experience. • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar
• You have 3-5 years finance experience, preferably in the CPG industry
• You have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• You have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• You have the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels in the organization
• You are experienced in using Excel and PowerPoint, as well as BI systems (e.g. Tagetik, PowerBI)
• You are passionate about Danone’s products and mission
