Job Description

This role oversees US Therapeutics Patient Services & Copay COE. The Associate Director manages all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including preparing the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 finance professionals by setting goals, motivating, and empowering them to achieve excellent results.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives to meet financial targets.
• Manage all financial cycles (annual plans, LRPs, LBEs) ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and support for leadership review.
• Attract, train, develop, and retain top talent, and drive operational efficiencies for sustainable high performance.
• Identify business issues and develop action plans to optimize investments and performance metrics.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver results in a matrix environment.
• Deep understanding of financial planning systems and processes.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
