Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10–15 years accounting experience required.
• 1–2 years 401(K) administration experience desirable.
• 3–5 years payroll and benefits administration experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in nonprofit accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grants administration and financial reporting.
• Fiscal control, budgeting and finance procedures.

• Management of Revenue Cycle Management function.
