Our leading Health-Tech client is hiring an Associate Finance Analyst to play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making. This position focuses on analyzing key financial data, ensuring efficient vendor management, and enhancing profitability through meticulous cost and pricing analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, contributing to both operational and strategic objectives by identifying opportunities for financial improvement and supporting cross-departmental initiatives.

Job Duties:

  1. Review Vendor Bills: Verify high-volume vendor bills for accuracy, ensuring alignment with contracts and company policies.
  2. Profitability Analysis: Analyze product profitability and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Pricing Maintenance: Manage and update the company’s pricing sheet, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
  4. Cost Optimization: Identify areas to improve pricing or enhance cost negotiations, working closely with procurement and sales teams.
  5. Performance Tracking: Develop metrics to track the impact of pricing strategies on sales and profitability, presenting findings to leadership teams.
  6. Data Visualization and Reporting: Create dashboards and reports that clearly present financial insights to cross-functional teams, using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.
  8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pricing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, including Excel and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets and derive actionable insights.
  4. Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
  5. 2+ years of experience in finance, pricing, or a similar role preferred.
