Key Responsibilities
  • Support service and repair of medical equipment in your territory.
  • Perform quality control, preventative maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Use software for documentation, parts ordering, and referencing training materials.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and promote equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives.
  • Meet and maintain field service performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, with a good driving record.
  • Basic electronic and mechanical skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
Physical & Cognitive Requirements
  • Ability to lift and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Physical ability to reach, push, pull, and perform various movements.
  • Good vision, hearing, and manual coordination.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and work independently with integrity.
