ABB is seeking an entry-level DCS Associate Field Service Technician in the Cleveland, OH area. You will perform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and work closely with customers and ABB teams to deliver quality service in a hybrid work model.

You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, supporting the technical point while delivering quality service.The work model for the role is Hybrid {#LI-Hybird}This role is contributing to the Process Automation, Energy Industries Division.You will be mainly accountable for:Performing entry level field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performs analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards.Troubleshooting simple equipment failures and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications:High School diploma and comparable military technical training.A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience is preferred.
