Duties

Advise federal employees on EEO, OPM Disability, MSPB, VA, and Social Security Disability matters.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and settlement proposals.

Negotiate on behalf of clients and represent them in mediations and hearings.

Manage cases through all phases, from intake to appeal.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience handling federal employment law and administrative proceedings.

Proven ability to negotiate effectively and advocate before federal tribunals.

Strong analytical and legal writing skills.

Capacity to work independently and in a hybrid setting.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
