Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living seeks an Associate Executive Director of Operations at The Village at Willow Crossings in Mansfield, MA. This role reports to an Executive Director and drives occupancy, staffing, and service quality to enhance resident experience.

You will provide onsite sales support, participate in monthly family meetings, and mentor new staff while implementing initiatives to improve community operations and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management or healthcare related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business preferred.
• Budgeting and staffing experience.
• Proficiency with Windows applications such as Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the community and drive occupancy goals.
• Generate leads and close sales; act as liaison between residents, management, and families.
• Provide onsite sales support and participate in monthly family meetings.
• Support training and development of new employees; implement efficiency initiatives.

We are seeking a savvy and creative director to assume the role of Associate Executive Director of Operations. As the Associate Executive Director of Operations, you will report to an Executive Director and provide support by driving occupancy goals, ensuringappropriate staffing levels are in place and drive overall customer service.

As an Associate Executive Director of Operations, you willprovide onsite sales support andparticipate inmonthly family meetings. You will also support the training and development of new employees, implementing initiatives that will allow the community to run more effectively and efficiently.

Additional responsibilities for the Associate Executive Director of Operations include:

• Responsibility for the supervision of the community
• Proficiency in generating leads and closing sales
• Acting as liaison between residents, management, and families
• Reviewing occupancy as it relates to staffing
• Assisting in the hiring and recruitment processes
• Handling all resident and family grievances

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business preferred
• 3-5 years of management or healthcare related experience

• Proficiency with Windows applications such as Excel and Outlook
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
