Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide support to meet customer and internal stakeholder needs.
• Review documents to identify expansion joint cover system and fire barrier requirements.
• Review bid invitations and qualify projects for JointMaster products and requirements.
• Interact with customers, architects, contractors, distributors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Set up projects by organizing bid documents and entering information into estimating software.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and review addenda.
• Submit RFIs and prepare bid qualifications, clarifications, and exceptions.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers, Sales Representatives, and Project Managers on opportunities and strategy.
• Assist in preparing marked-up drawings and shop drawings.
• Maintain project files and participate in ongoing training.
