Reece Supply, LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Associate Estimator to support multiple branches. You will collaborate with Inside/Outside Sales to identify projects for formal quotations and manage project documents from order initiation.

Responsibilities include entering take-offs in Eclipse, preparing detailed Bills of Materials, and generating bids under OSR direction. A high level of organization and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred: college degree in an industry-related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Inside/Outside Sales to identify projects needing formal quotations and hand off project documents at order initiation.
• Enter take-offs in Eclipse and support multiple branches as part of a regional team.
• Generate bids under direction from the OSR, without pricing decisions.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (Piping/Valves/Fittings) with concise customer-friendly quotations.
• Manage addendums and communicate with sales and customers.
• Track upcoming projects for Bid Calendar/Frontlog.
• Develop relationships with key customers.
