Job summary

Grim, Biehn & Thatcher, a respected Bucks County law firm, seeks a full-time Associate Attorney for the Estate Department focusing on estate planning, probate, trusts, and Orphans’ Court litigation.

The eligible candidate will draft wills and trusts, assist executors with probate, and represent clients in court, growing professionally within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school and active Pennsylvania Bar admission.
• 2–5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and/or Orphans’ Court litigation (candidates with more experience will be considered).
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; client-focused with ability to manage multiple matters.

Grim, Biehn & Thatcher is a respected 21‑attorney law firm in Bucks County. We are seeking a full‑time Associate Attorney to join our Estate Department, focusing on estate planning, probate, trusts and estates, and Orphans’ Court litigation.

Position Overview:

• The Associate Attorney will work directly with clients on a variety of matters including:
• Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Assisting executors and administrators with estate and probate administration
• Representing clients in Orphans’ Court proceedings and estate-related litigation
