Associate ERP Process Analyst - Global Procurement

Join Moog Inc. as an Associate ERP Process Analyst - Global Procurement. This role is part of our ERP transformation journey from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the Procure to Pay team.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, liaise with Subject Matter Experts, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Consolidate site-specific requirements, identify process improvements, support master data cleansing, and assist in training and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Design and document standardized processes, communicate requirements to technical teams, and serve as a bridge between business and IT.
  • Define post-implementation strategies for continuous improvement and act as a change leader.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline with at least 3 years of related experience, including 2 years in supply chain within manufacturing (preferably aerospace/defense).
  • Strong communication, change management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of operational metrics and pain points; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Must reside near Buffalo, NY, and work onsite; relocation assistance is not provided.
