Associate ERP Process Analyst - Global Procurement

Position Overview

This role reports to the Analyst, ERP Process, and is based in Buffalo, NY with a hybrid work schedule. You will be part of a major ERP transformation project, transitioning from a legacy system to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Procure to Pay processes. Your responsibilities include gathering business requirements, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, and supporting process improvements, data cleansing, and user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate Moog’s A&D SAP Blueprint and standardized processes
• Gather and document functional requirements for SAP implementation
• Assist in training development and deployment
• Analyze current processes, define future state, and communicate with technical teams
• Establish performance metrics and support post-implementation improvements
• Act as a liaison between SAP technical teams and business units
• Champion change management and system adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline with at least 3 years of related experience, including 2 years in supply chain within manufacturing (preferably aerospace/defense)
• Strong communication, change management, and cross-cultural skills
• Understanding of operational metrics and pain points
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Must reside near Buffalo, NY; relocation assistance is not provided
