Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Environmental Specialist in West Chester, PA. The role combines field work and office support for investigations and remediation of hazardous waste sites, with travel required and on-call rotations to mobilize quickly.

Start timing aligns with project kickoff; responsibilities include sample collection, data management, and report preparation for EPA projects. A strong setup for growth in environmental services is offered.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Science or related field with 0–3 years of field experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform demanding field tasks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and have a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Rotations as an on-call responder available 24 hrs a day, one week at a time.
• Assist or lead field work requiring travel to remote locations up to two weeks.
• Collect and manage environmental samples.
• Calibrate and maintain multi-media monitoring equipment.
• Document field activities and prepare daily reports.
• Use OSHA Level D-A PPE for entries into hazardous areas.
• Coordinates data gathering, database management, and analysis.
• Consult outside specialists to obtain timely data and meet deadlines.
• Prepare methods and procedures for project reports.
• Deliver completed projects including drafts and final reports within budget.
