DoorDash is seeking a Grocery Partnerships Associate to support acquisition, growth, and deepening partnerships with grocers and CPG brands across North America. You will help drive strategic partner initiatives, develop long-term plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to scale digital grocery opportunities.

You will work across remote, in-office settings and travel to meet merchant partners, reporting to a Grocery Partnerships Manager.

Competenze

• 2-4 years in account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships.
• 2+ years of cross-functional operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; business development/partnerships experience preferred.
• Experience with analytics and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).

About the Team

The DoorDash Grocery team manages the strategic vision, acquisition, and growth of the largest regional grocery partnerships across North America.

About the Role

The Grocery Partnerships Associate will support DoorDash’s efforts to acquire, grow, and deepen partnerships with grocers and CPG brands across the industry. As digital grocery continues to expand, DoorDash is investing to become a leading partner to the sector.Reporting to a Grocery Partnerships Manager, you will help drive strategic partner initiatives and support the growth of key merchant relationships. This role requires flexibility across remote work, in-office collaboration, and travel to meet with merchant partners.

• Steer the development, adoption and scaling of new business opportunities
• Develop long-term business plans alongside our partners for their multi-channel customer strategies
• Maintain pitch decks and sales content to help create new business opportunities
• Build product testing and roll-outs on the ground with grocery and cross‑functional team members

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups
• 2+ years of cross-functional operational experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Business Development and/or Partnerships experience (preferred, not required)
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools
• Prior investment banking, consulting experience (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

See below for paid time off details:

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

81,600 – 120,000 USD

The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

102,000 – 150,000 USD
