Northrop Grumman’s Dense Systems Advanced Weapons Division is looking for a Systems Engineer- Requirements to support the Stand in Attack Weapon (SiAW) Program. You will be a member of a high-performing, systems engineering team interacting with customers, program management, cross-functional teams of engineers and senior technologists. The SiAW team members work in a fast-paced environment and require individuals to be highly adaptable problem solvers. Responsibilities include requirements gap analysis, developing major sub-system specifications, managing development, allocation, and traceability of customer requirements, among others.
The selected candidate will work on-site in Northridge, CA; Baltimore, MD; or Tucson, AZ. No remote/telework options are available for this position. Salaries vary by site as listed below.
The salary range is a general guideline. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions are considered in offers. Additional benefits include potential overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
